• Foreign talents encouraged by China’s market demand
• Innovative entrepreneurial talents
• Outstanding young professionals
• Foreign professionals whose annual salary is at least 6 times the average local income of the previous year
Score: 60 points or above
• Foreign professionals with a bachelor’s degree or above and at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Foreign technical professionals with internationally recognized vocational qualifications or urgently needed skills
• Foreign language teachers
• Professionals involved in projects approved by relevant Chinese authorities
• Foreign professionals whose annual salary is at least 4 times the local average income of the previous year
• Foreign nationals who meet China’s employment regulations
• Foreign graduates with excellent academic performance working temporarily in China (normally no more than 90 days)
• Foreign youth participating in government exchange programs
• Foreign students and graduates meeting relevant requirements
• Foreign nationals working in specific fields such as remote fishing or special occupations
